BOOKKEEPING



Free up your time by offloading the monthly or quarterly bank reconciliations. I will close your books at the end of every period so you can see exactly how much came in and what's owed.



CASH FLOW



Keep your operations running with efficient collection of accounts receivable and strategic timing of accounts payable. I can also help manage your Profit First transfers to make sure you get paid.



ACCOUNTING



Don't stress at tax time. I'll have everything you need ready for your tax preparer. I'll also email you your key Financial Statements every month and review them with you.



CLEAN UP



Have your previous months (or years) of transactions reviewed and cleaned-up. I'll put together a separate quote for this specific task and get your books caught up for good.



DIY SUPPORT



If you keep your own books, I can be an on-call resource to answer your questions or provide QuickBooks training. I can also recommend a tax pro who will work to minimize your tax bill.



Hiring a bookkeeper is easy!





1. During your consultation, I'll ask a few questions about your business.


2. Based on our conversation, I'll send a custom proposal that fits your needs.


3. If the proposal looks good, we will sign an engagement letter that outlines my duties.


4. I'll set up your QuickBooks Online, or you'll assign me as an accountant to your existing account.
